The 2025 VENOM-X is built upon Artur Szpunar and Barry Spanier’s legacy of design experience and optimized for winning performance in modern PWA Slalom-X and IFCA Fin Slalom disciplines. Designed with massive horsepower for instantaneous acceleration and limitless top speed, the 2025 VENOM-X accelerates out of the jibes and blazes down the straights, helping you find the quickest way to the finish line. The VENOM-X is also a lethal weapon for speed and with that in mind, we have added a 4.7 size, which rigs on a 370 RDM, for those record setting days. With 2 historical PWA Slalom World championships to its credit as well as IFCA World Championship titles, it’s inspiring to see our new generation of S2Maui VENOM riders growing into similar success. In 2024, S2Maui VENOM rider Justine Lemeteyer achieved Vice-World Champion titles in both PWA Slalom-X as well as IFCA Slalom-Fin. Talented young S2Maui VENOM rider Lohan Jules achieved an incredible win at the ’23 Defi Wind (Windsurfing fin) and followed with a career first top 10 finish in Slalom-X at the 2024 PWA Fuerte. 2025 VENOM-X DESIGN AND PERFORMANCE FEATURES
• TURBO LEECH TWIST PROFILE: The 2025 VENOM-X has a newly updated leech twist profile which starts further down, allowing for smoother, more progressive opening in the mid leech while maintaining correct tension in the head. This improved mid-leech twist acts like a turbo, channeling the airflow across the sail, increasing acceleration and also top speed.
• INCREASED HORSEPOWER AND ACCELERATION: Slalom-X requires strong acceleration out of jibes and also after navigating obstacles. As a result of the Turbo leech and updated profile, the 2025 VENOM-X produces more power and gives mind-blowing acceleration.
• LIGHTER AND MORE RESPONSIVE: The 2025 VENOM-X increases the use of our exclusive superlight and strong Technora™ Spacelight™ in the leech, reducing weight and promoting faster and smoother leech response in gusty conditions. “Light-Film” is used in the upper sail body, further reducing weight and maintaining a “direct feel”. This combination of materials give the VENOM-X the light and responsive feel helpful for maneuvering at jibe marks, chicanes and navigating Slalom-X obstacles.

• Superlight and strong construction using advanced superlight, low stretch Technora™ Spacelight™ in the leech and multiple thicknesses of film.
• Multiple, full length vertical luff panels lock in shaping and resist stretch from downhaul loads.
• 2x Premium quality INOX clew eyelets with leech abrasion reinforcement.
• Removeable, light weight “VIPER CLIP” clew pulley.
• “Light Tip” upper battens with custom fittings designed. Reduces sail weight further in most important areas and quickens leech response.
• Varying Flex Carbon/composite tubes carefully suited to each batten position.
